The lights are on and all elevators are ascending once again to the top floors of Adobe Systems. Displaying extraordinary common sense, and in recognition that customers might really matter after all, the Adobe execs have decided that linking our customers to Kinko’s/Fedex was perhaps not a wonderful idea after all.
